Yes, you can create an account on Galen for free, and all the features are completely free. However, there may be a small delivery fee for orders.

To activate your account, please follow the instructions provided in the account activation email that was sent to you after creating your account or the account activation message that was sent to you on WhatsApp. If you didn't receive an activation email or message, please check your spam folder and make sure your WhatsApp account uses the same number you used when creating your account. If you still can't activate your account, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

To update your work address, change your phone number, or reset your password, please log in to your account and go to the account settings section. You can update your information there.

To track your order, log in to your account and go to the order archive section. You should see all your orders and their status, indicating whether they are waiting, approved, partially approved, or rejected.

If your order hasn't been delivered yet, please check the order status in your order archive section and the estimated delivery date provided with your order. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

To cancel or edit an order, go to the order archive section and find your order. If it has been less than an hour since you placed the order, you should be able to cancel it from there and then you can start a new order. If it has been more than an hour, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't already been processed.
